Letícia Klemens
Entrepreneur. Former Minister. The founder of Quinta Arca.
Build what lasts.Leave room for others.

From the boardroom to the hills.
Letícia Klemens has spent her working life founding and running companies and business associations in Mozambique.
Born in Maputo in 1972, she founded her first company at twenty-two and later studied communication and law. From 2009 to 2016 she led FEMME, the national association of women entrepreneurs. In 2016 she was appointed Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy of Mozambique.
Quinta Arca, which she founded in 2020, is her most personal project. It carries the name of her grandmother, whose arms were always open to the whole family, and it is run in the same spirit: there is always room for one more.
